Getting to the Conference:
San Marcos is easily accessible by car via I-35. It is located in between Austin and San Antonio, and air travel into either of those cities puts you within 30-50 miles of Texas State University.
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn for $155 per night and another block of rooms at the Hampton Inn and Suites for $145 per night. Both of these hotels are nice and a short (~5 minute) drive from campus. Please use the links below to book a room at the conference rate.

Parking:
Conference attendees may park at the Edward Gary Street garage. Please bring your parking ticket with you to the conference each day so we can validate it for you. The garage is a short walk to the center of campus where the conference events will be held.
*Note: The campus sits along a hilltop, so walking around involves some moderate inclines and declines. This is true for the walk from the parking garage to the conference buildings, so budget your time (and energy) accordingly. If you feel you will need a mobility accommodation to attend the conference, please let us know!
